Program Information 

  • Satisfy the labour needs of the Canadian agri-food sector
  • An opportunity for experienced, non-seasonal workers in eligible industries and occupations to immigrate to Canada
  • Run until May 2023

  

Mandatory Requirements 

  • Minimum 1 year full-time Canadian work experience in eligible occupations in the past 3 years through Temporary Foreign Worker Program
  • A full-time job offer from a Canadian employer in one of the eligible industries and occupations (outside of Quebec)
  • Minimum language requirements: Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 4 in English or French
  • High school diploma
  • Settlement funds (if applicable)
  • Maintain temporary resident status (if already in Canada)
